The mission of this organization is to provide compassionate at-home medical care and support for terminally ill patients and their families residing in communities throughout the greater Boston area.  

Volunteers are needed to provide non-medical respite care.  Read, visit or stay with patients while family members take a break, run errands, prepare meals or just listen and lend support.  Other opportunities include assisting with administrative duties and making phone calls to bereaved families.  Direct service volunteers participate in a ten-week training program.

• The Hospice visiting staff needs 52 new tote bags to carry patient supplies, forms, etc. The tote bags (specific size with logo) are ordered through the Hospice
• The Hospice nursing staff needs:
  12 stethoscopes
  12 ear thermometers
  12 wrist blood pressure cuffs
